Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 (ten) days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note, Buyer has to arrange for the forward courier during return process.

– Once we receive the returned product to our warehouse along with all the tags, packaging & accessories if any, after verifying quality check for 2 to 3 working days, we will provide you the Coupon code of same amount of product. You can use the coupon code to buy the same product or other products in our website. the difference amount (if any) can be paid via website. please note, if any credit left for the coupon cannot be re-used so make sure you use all the coupon value while re-ordering of product.

We also do not accept products which is physical damage, water damage , burn, no display

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do not have Refund policy on our store but can exchange the products on receiving wrong/faulty product. The request has to be placed with-in 10 days of receipt of your shipment.

The exchange criteria applies for below conditions:
– The product must be in original condition
– The products must be without any damage
– In the original packaging
– Original shipping charges are non-refundable
– Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {rebuylaptop.gmail.com}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
